MUNICIPAL CIVIL PROTECTION SERVICES – INTRODUCTION

Building a team with a proven track record in Civil Protection is an essential mark of quality for developing the competences legally assigned to the Municipal Civil Protection Services (SMPC).

This training follows the model approved by the Government and includes practical examples that make learning easier, providing an objective response to the qualification requirements of the human resources working on the front line of emergency and rescue in Portugal.

OBJECTIVES

To provide trainees with operational and technical skills to perform duties in the SMPC, with a focus on Emergency Planning and on support for Emergency Management.
